I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ORDER

Please email us at joolncompany@gmail.com with your order number (found in your confirmation email/SMS). Our team will help track your order.

CAN I PAY EXTRA TO GET MY ITEM FASTER?

For USA orders, you can choose Express Processing at checkout, which prioritizes your order for shipping within 2 business days.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES OR TAXES?

Customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Because our items are custom-made, cancellations or changes are only possible before production begins.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Personalized / custom-made items are not eligible for return once production has started (EU 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to personalized goods).

We replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include photos and your order number.
